Welcome, and thank you for visiting in the Valley Center Girls Softball League webpage.  We are an all-volunteer recreational fast pitch softball league for girls of all ages and skill levels. 

Our goal is to present a quality and affordable program that can involve as many children as possible.  For 10 years VCGSL has provided this program to Valley Center area youth, our longevity made possible only by the generosity of our sponsors, parents and volunteers. 

Last year was a record year for our league as we served almost 170 local youth playing on 14 teams, supplying the manpower through volunteer coaches and parent league coordinators.  We look forward to having your family and friends join us this 2006 season.

Our Affiliations

VCGSL is a member of Amateur Softball Association.  The Amateur Softball Association (ASA), a volunteer driven, not-for-profit organization based in Oklahoma City, OK, was founded in 1933 and has evolved into the strongest softball organization in the country. The growth and development of the association led the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) to name the ASA the National Governing Body of Softball, pursuant to the Amateur Sports Act of 1978.
